Is the arrow spinner free?
Yes. It is completely free, needs no account, and runs in any browser on phone or desktop.
Is the result really random?
Yes. The stopping angle comes from the browser's random number generator. The extra turns only animate the needle and cannot change or steer where it lands.
Can I use it on my phone?
That is the most common way to use it. Lay the phone flat in the middle of the group, and whoever sits where the tip stops is picked.
What if it stops between two people?
Agree on a rule before the spin: either spin again, or whoever is closest to the tip wins.
What do the directions mean?
The dial shows eight compass points. When it stops you also get the exact angle, for example North-east at 45 degrees.
